What data we process
The data you give us through our forms or by email or phone: first and last name, email address, phone number, country of residence and the description of your enquiry; depending on the service, also details of the company you want to set up (proposed names, shareholders, activity) or of the property you are selling or buying (town, signing date). Please do not include especially sensitive data in the form unless it is needed to understand your case.
What we use it for
- To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a diagnosis and a service proposal.
- To follow up on that proposal while it remains open.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send the form, and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
How long we keep it
While your enquiry is being handled and, if no engagement follows, for up to two years from the last contact. If you become a client, it will be kept for the duration of the relationship and the applicable legal periods.
Who else has access
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. It is processed on our behalf, under a data processing agreement, by our web hosting provider and the customer relationship management (CRM) tool we use to handle enquiries.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@causaeconsultors.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
